Victor Abhulimen has over 20 years’ experience in the private sector and a proven record in the real estate industry having successfully completed multiple projects worth over USD 1 billion across Africa.
He further holds executive directorships in a number of private companies. Victor graduated as a Barrister of Law from the Nigerian Law School.

Babatunde, an embodiment of professionalism, leads our Facility Management division. As a registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer, he excels in ensuring luxury, comfort, and operational excellence for high-profile clientele.
He heads Facility Management for Allianz Management, a Prodigi Africa subsidiary, Babatunde’s
client-focused approach resonates across every property.

Peggy, with over a decade of leadership experience in various sectors including Insurance, Banking, Road Concession, Production, Co-working/facility management, and a recent interest in Tech (Product Design and Development), excels at converting chaotic environments into efficient systems. Momodu Isa Iyionagbe Has a BSc (Building) from Ambrose Ali University. Vast experience in building technology and the construction industry at large.
A trained and practicing project director. Momodu has worked with both local and international consultants in over 7 years accumulative construction experience.
